HowTheLightGetsIn is a festival of ideas, music, comedy and performance, bringing thousands of people together for a weekend of fiery debates, mind-expanding talks, and live entertainment. It invites audiences to challenge assumptions, discover new perspectives and explore the questions shaping our world.
It takes place annually in Hay-on-Wye and London, with 300 events across both weekends. From late-night parties and live music, to thought-provoking talks with leading voices in philosophy, politics, science and beyond, there’s something for everyone to discover!
